Classes are done via ZOOM which is a very simple, easy and free to use video conferencing software that you can use with your computer, phone or tablet. *All you need is a space large enough for your body and a mat!

The class will be taught by Chere Jalali, a certified yoga teacher, group fitness instructor, childbirth educator and doula. Babes-in-arms, newly postpartum and pregnant women are always welcome and accommodated in her yoga classes.
