Breath and movement are linked together in a flow of strengthening, balancing and opening postures. This class combines functional sequences and pose breakdown to build endurance and strength for every-day living. Awareness of the breath and creative movement exploration is encouraged for a full mind-body experience.

All levels and non-residents are welcome – modifications/props are offered to accommodate special needs. Please bring a mat and water bottle.

$120/session or $15/class

Wednesdays, March 6 - April 24

Wednesdays, May 1 - June 26

The class will be taught by Chere Jalali, a certified yoga teacher, group fitness instructor, childbirth educator and doula. Babes-in-arms, newly postpartum and pregnant women are always welcome and accommodated in her yoga classes.
