Update: We will be practicing Yoga at Farm Pond weather permitting! (Zoom will continue to be an option on the days when we are outside.) The gates will be open for parking and you will meet Chere on the beach.

Practicing together virtually will help us to remain a community and we'll breathe, move and laugh together. This 60-minute class will include mindful movement sequences, breath-work, stretching and guided relaxation leaving you feeling grounded and invigorated. Chair option available for those who cannot tolerate floor work.
Classes are done via ZOOM which is a very simple, easy and free to use video conferencing software that you can use with your computer, phone or tablet. *All you need is a space large enough for your body and a mat!

The class will be taught by Chere Jalali, a certified yoga teacher, group fitness instructor, childbirth educator and doula. Babes-in-arms, newly postpartum and pregnant women are always welcome and accommodated in her yoga classes.
