Laila will lead you through a series of interval cardio exercises to improve endurance, followed by core, leg and back strengthening. Class will finish with stretching. *Please have hand weights and a mat
Classes are done via ZOOM which is a very simple, easy and free to use video conferencing software that you can use with your computer, phone or tablet.

This class will be taught by Laila Vehvilainen, a certified fitness instructor, health educator, and personal trainer who has been teaching for more than 12 years.
