Stretch and Relax for Better Health on Wednesday Afternoons via Zoom Register View Cart

Join Laila on Zoom for a 45 minute class to stretch tight and tense muscles, improve balance and reduce feelings of stress! 

Each class will include a variety of stretching exercises from different traditions such as yoga, neuromuscular release, rhythmic tapping and more.  Class will also include breathing and relaxation exercises to soothe the nervous system, improve respiratory function and improve sleep.

Please join us, all levels and non-residents are welcome!

This class will be taught by Laila Vehvilainen, a certified fitness instructor, health educator, and personal trainer, who has been teaching for more than 12 years.
