Lifestyle Fitness Monday Mornings via Zoom - Fitness Register View Cart

Tone and Cardio Classes
Please join us, all levels and non-residents are welcome! 

If you want to improve your balance and strength, this class is for you! Movements focus on strengthening the ankle, knee, and hip joints while improving reaction time. Focuses on core muscles, lower body strength, and balance. Strengthens muscles and increases range of movement for daily life activities. Participants have the option to use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, or a ball.  A chair will be used for seated exercises or standing support.

$5/class or $20/session

Stacey Chiacchio has been a Certified Group Fitness Instructor for 15 years, and is a 500-hour Certified Yoga instructor. Building strength is the key to a long healthy life. She loves to have fun in her classes by using humor.
